We are too. It’s scary when we don’t know what we don’t know. This tragedy will change all of our lives forever. Rest assured, your safety and ours is paramount. We want to assure you that we take great care in the harvest, extraction, and bottling of our honey products. We are a two-person operation, me, my wife, and I (mostly me). We recently completed construction of a climate-controlled “clean room” at our farm that we use exclusively for honey extraction and bottling during the honey harvest season. And we conscientiously wash our hands before handling any honey bottles, and we sanitize all of our equipment after each use.
